1. Develop and encourage education of the Native American society
2. To give Young Native American’s a chance and opportunity for a higher education
3. To give visitor’s and the general public an entertaining way to show a interesting and diverse Native American Culture
4. Let people as a whole enjoy and experience something they may not already know.
5. Develope a system for the Mission Indians to show and pass on Traditions and Languages.
